I totally agree, except I think Abingdon is slightly better than PH or Pound or TW.

The region is way down, when you look at it like this, none of those teams aside from the top two have really any chance of making a big splash outside of the region.
PV could give the region fits if they make the playoffs, their record is deceiving, but it just seems that GC and CWood are miles ahead of everyone right now.
